So, the goals of research are to produce development of mobile learning product of the solar system to meet the criteria worthy and describe the implementation of mobile learning to improve cognitive learning outcomes. This study is a Research and Development (R & D) research with 4D Models (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The subjects of the study were students of class VII MTs Darul Ulum Muhammadiyah Galur. The research data was taken using instrument assesment of mobile product validity, the result of pretest-posttest and analysis using Standard Gain. The result of this research are product development of mobile learning material of solar system meets the criteria worthy with percentage of agreement (PA) is 97,65%, which means reliable.
